Refund Policy
Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel your confirmed place.

Cancellations at least 48 hours before
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of your program, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled start are non-refundable. If you do not attend without cancelling, the booking is treated as a no-show and is also non-refundable.
Transfers and rescheduling
Confirmed bookings cannot be transferred to another person or moved to another date. If you cannot attend, the cancellation rules above apply.
If we cancel a program
If Nischala Yogashala cancels a program and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that program.
Requesting a cancellation
Send your cancellation request to the same official WhatsApp number used for your booking. The time your message is received determines whether it falls outside or within the 48-hour period.
Receiving an approved refund
Approved refunds will be returned using an appropriate available payment method. The time taken to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment service involved.
